I've reached out multiple times to this shop trying to get into contact with them, and their phones go straight to voicemail. On 7/21/2024, I went in for an oil change which I waited fairly long for.

The oil change was done, and I saw someone running up behind my car to tell me he hadn't put my skid plate back on all the way, so I had to pull back in again and let him put it on. That was the first red flag. The next day, I'm driving to work and I hear a loud rumbling noise under my car. I thought to myself it could only be one thing, and when I took it back the next day, a technician confirmed it wasn't put back on properly.

Fast forward to 8/23/2024, I'm on the highway and the whole thing completely flies off from underneath the car and caused damage to where I had to get it towed.

I have not had anybody look at my car or work on it since then. And now, my car is damaged due to the carelessness, and I still have yet to get in contact with someone about the damages at the Cicero location in Chicago, Illinois.

I recently visited the Take 5 shop located at: 3215 N. Pine Ave Ocala, FL 34470 and was appalled by the abysmal customer service provided by the "shop manager".

Upon arriving, I requested a top off when asked if I want an oil change. I also said "yes please" when I was offered water which I didn't receive until later when I asked about it. At the end of service, the manager accused me of lying and yelled out to others, "She got us! She got us!" Informing me heard factually I told him "an oil change".

Not only was this accusation untrue but the manager proceeded to spread false information among the staff, labeling me as a scammer! Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, the manager adamantly refused to acknowledge his mistake/ miscommunication and outrightly banned me from returning to the establishment!

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable. My experience left me feeling utterly disrespected and undervalued as a customer!

I visited Take 5 a couple of weeks ago, it was near the end of their work shift. I was panicked by an unfamiliar sound, coming from my back tire. Christian serviced my problem with patience, kindness and Great Customer Service, I will never forget it.
